Through Terramark-ip's network of agents, we are able to provide direct service in Mexico, Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua and Panama. Terramark-ip also acts in the remaining countries of Latin America through associated law firms in each country. Our “one-point-of-contact” system allows managers of IP assets to deal with a single contact for matters in all countries, while lowering their overall costs. We work with companies that have decided to streamline their dealings with foreign IP agents in order to reduce in-house and agent costs, while maintaining control on IP assets abroad. We also help companies to simplify the too often cumbersome red tape of legalization requirements for many jurisdictions.
